Ordered a phone from Verizon so when it came I visited this location as I had previously with my husbands phone to get it activated and transfer photos, contacts, etc. The two ladies on site were no where near helpful...told me it was a $20 fee and their computer was slow so it would take hours to do...then suggested I go to the Hillsboro store instead. Before I left they activated my new phone but didnt complete it because it still doesnt work. Did the same transaction at this store previously and it took ten minutes, the guy waived the fee and was so polite/professional.

Just wanted to write a letter of appreciation about the young ladies at the 2801 west end ave location. Christa and Tessa are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They both provided us with the information we needed. unfortunately we werent able to complete a transaction due to the time of day. I would highly recommend your establishment based on those two ladies! Great representation of Verizon!

Jason is the best! He helped me fill out a warranty on my screen protector instead of selling me a new one, which is what my lazy self was there to buy. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
