Customer service is absolutely horrible every single one of their employees give the worst service I have ever experienced at a cell phone store! They are rude and unwilling to help, one guy was on the phone the entire time having a personal conversation about his knee replacement helping me all the while but regardless on the phone. I could go on and on but just going to say go to the one in the mall!!
