I have a poor history with Verizon on the whole having had to use the BBB to get them to do the right thing last time. That is not to say they dont have good cell phone service they do. Customer service that is another issue. Well I just purchased the dreaded fire prone Note 7... So I have been trying to figure out what to do and finally Sept 10th Samsung put out clear concise options. These include getting a refund for Note 7 specific accessories. I was about to change to an LG G5 phone and forgo the Note 7 which was option #2. Well the store says where did I get that from and I said Samsung, show them the web page etc... "You didnt purchase the case here they say" I said I know but the recall makes no mention of place of purchase only Note 7 specific accessories. Well that is for participation retailers they say. Ok here is the web page in English it says Verizon is a participating retailor see... The sign above the door says Verizon right? We can exchange the phone for you... I came for the exchange offered by Samsung including accessories are you going to honor it. Yes we will exchange your phone... ok so you will honor parts of it? You get the idea. So I have or soon perhaps will have had 6 lines from Verizon. Anyway not impressed, kept running in circles like you might not notice you were not getting what was promised. I think I might take William Remy the Verizon managers advice and go to AT&T... What a hassle, credit to sales man Dave he was obviously frustrated but remained calm.

My experience was that of the worst possible customer service that could have ever been given. I walked into the store there were three salesman each at their area waiting on customers. No one even acknowledged that I was there. So I went over and sat down to wait. However Levi had a lady come in and he took her payment. Then he had another gentleman came in and he got up and waited on him. Then another man walked in and he hurried up and walked over to him and to assist him all the while his customer was still at his desk. No one ever acknowledged me I finally asked if someone was going to wait on me and they all said were with someone. And I responded by saying but that gentleman over there isnt and the other gentleman says hes not working however he had a customer. I was after a half an hour wait able to finally pay a bill.

I just recently received my wireless bill and to my surprise I am being charged for a $600 and $400 phones. When we upgraded my moms phone ( she is 67 ) we were told that this is a $600 phone at no point did he tell us we were purchasing this phone. My mother broke said phone and went to the Greencastle In. store and the same thing happened, they gave her a $400 phone and did not DIRECTLY tell her that she would be purchasing said phone. My word of advise to ALL Verizon wireless customers is this, be very careful and make COMPLETELY sure of what you are committing to. As for the people at Verizon ( at least my experiences ) I felt deceived by them. I know I signed the paperwork but their words did not match what happened to my mother and me. I was taken care of by Matt in Brazil, not sure who my mother dealt with.

Bottom line he was knowledgeable about what items would help me out on my journey called life. I left knowing they could help me out in the future.

My service at this location was less them ideal. Twice I went there to apply an employee discount, both time the gentleman scan my document but failed to attach it to the email that he sent. I decided after the second time to visit a Terre Haute store, the discount was apply first time with no problems there.
