I was in and out in a half hour for a new line service. However I was there right when they opened and it was the Saturday after thanksgiving. There were people that were waiting behind me and the manager was by herself and she greeted each of them and said she would be with them as soon as possible and with a smile on her face.

Worst customer service of any cricket outlet I have been to. They ignore you and talk on their phones, no one seems to know how to do their job, and they get rude when you ask questions. A black market street dealer would be more helpful then these people.

The manger doesnt know how to treat and talk to costumer. She is very rude, low tempered and unprofessional you cant talk to her calmly . The only thing she says "call costumers service 611 they can help you there."

The manager here doesnt treat her employees right and wont give you all the info you need to do your job if you need a job look elsewhere this particular store has gone through at least five employees since november

Good cellular service, great price, but this particular authorized reseller is understaffed. If you go, there may be a long wait. That being said, once I did get assistance, they were friendly and helpful.
