Horrible horrible customer service these asshokes offered no help and dont wanna do their jobs. One time I came in the guy. Didnt even make eye contact with us he just remained texting on his cellphone they dont care if your unsatisfied when you leave they just say good luck nothing f we can do. I recommend going to any other Verizon over this one

Save your money and go anywhere else. They will probably have to order your phone anyways because they are too cheap to keep them stocked. If you see a good review on here it is probably an employee. I switched to Cricket Wireless and saved $120 a month. Still have great service. It was the best decision I made!

Got lied to about a gizmo and it service and what I could do with it then to find out that it came with a 2 year contract for something I paid out right for. Wont do business with these people again what a joke

Save your time and go to a different store. I recommend the Verizon store on 86th street in Indy. Way more helpful and more professional.
