I cannot give a 0 star they get one from me. This is a place with Worst Customer experience. If you have nothing to do for the whole day go to this ATT store. The staff has no knowledge on what to do. I was buying a UVerse for my house and it had $50 gift card for online purchase but the girl in store convinced that I will still get it if I buy from her. I visited the store atleast 5 times and everytime I had to wait for atleast 2 hrs as the same girl had no idea on what she is supposed to do and she will be calling ATT customer service for help. I lost the $50 battle and my time is more important and I dont want to waste it being at the Spring Hill ATT store. Please drive to Franklin and save some precious time.

I went to this store looking to combine my Uverse package with a cellular plan, and at the same time get away from Verizon. I was helped by a very nice and very smart employee named Jody S. Not only was I able to get a better deal and more perks with this plan, but I would simply go to this store for any ATT needs solely based on how excellent we were treated by Jody.

Worst customer service. A guy named West who works there treated us like garbage. He made no attempt to help us other than trying to sell us a new phone every chance he got. When asked to speak with the manager, he said they didnt have a manager. When asked to speak to the regional manager, he said he couldnt allow that. Stay away.

I bought a phone and it had damage under the screen and west the guy helping me said I dropped it so they couldnt do anything for me. And there return policy sucks if you pay in cash they send you a check at there convince. DO NOT GO THERE!

Great staff, but every time Ive been here, they never have the phone I want in stock. Popular models like iPhone 6 32gb, or Samsung Note 5. I just dont understand how you can properly service customers with a substandard inventory.

I only regret that I have to give 1 star. Two associates were working. Both chit chatting with 1 client. Neither acknowledged me. After 5 minutes I left. Not sure why the location is paying two associates. Will not be back.
