T mobile has hit a new low. Forcing people to finance phones by refusing to to take payment in full at point of sale. Not surprised they are getting into consumer lending. After all so many people spend so foolishly, but forcing otherwise responsible people into financing something is business with a particular stench to it. As far as the staff. Lets just say over the years the quality of people they hire to run the stores has devolved . The 12 year old running the Willowcreek store spews the corporate canned answers with pride. Holding them tightly even after being shown the error in what she is saying. Her inability to realize things existed and business was conducted prior to her employment was amazingly,,,,, well childlike. A huge disappointment from the staff that ran the US 6 store in the past. I hope i dont have to go into the Willowcreek location EVER again.

Wonderful!! This store is very clean, well organized AND, get this, the staff is both knowledgeable AND friendly! I went into this store last week to take advantage of the 2 Lines for $100 promotion. When I got there I was immediately greeted by the staff and was helped by Lori, the store manager. She was beyond great and explained the whole process step by step so that I understood exactly what was going on. It really made the entire transaction easy and effortless for me and I learned so much in the process. This is now my go-to store!

Dont shop here unless you like being treated like a shoplifter. Management seems to treat customers as threats. Dont worry I wont set foot in there again.
