I was treated rudely when all I wanted to do was buy a phone and walk out... After waiting 25 minutes for assistance only for him to act like he didnt understand that I wanted an Apple SE, I finally said I would go to Cricket in Franklin. As I was walking out, he yelled "YOU GO TO FRANKLIN"...

Employees at this cricket location pretty much function as Salesmen only. They are very Friendly and super helpful to prospective cricket customers but dont seem to be as friendly to current cricket customers. This was not only observed by me but by my mother as well on separate occasions.
