I recently visited the T-Mobile Chesterton location and I must admit the ladies exceeded my expectations! Customer service can be so tough to get through at times and I really didnt know what to expect. The girls were so friendly and patient with me throughout the entire time. They really took theyre time trying to make sure everything was okay for me. They all collectively helped hand in hand and were so awesome! I wish the store wouldve been here but Im happy I now have a store thats so close to me with representatives thats very pleasant. Im recommending everyone I know to switch to T-Mobile and to go to the lovely ladies that helped me. Very pleased with the service!

So very fortunate to have this store and service in our community of Chesterton Indiana. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any and all T-Mobile related questions. They are totally up-to-date with hardware and software and the products available for sale are explained thoroughly at the point of purchase. I have always been a hard-core T-Mobile fan and the shop on Indian boundary Road and makes life even easier as I learn more and more about Products and their uses. Id highly recommend Alex, John & Domonique to everyone! Technical support is top notch

I went in today with my 3 kids and my 75 year old mother. Most people would probably not want to deal with all the questions and transferring 3 different phones. John was AMAZING. My 13 yr old son asked him a million questions, my mom needed a phone she could use with ease, and I needed to know that all my info would be able to be moved. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He answered all our questions and was really helpful. Thank you John! I hope your boss knows what a great asset you are!

Very rude , un- helpful staff. Been in there 3 times. The girls are not friendly or helpful. They act like they are pissed that you came in and that they hate there job! Never going back to that location!
