HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! GO ELSEWHERE! ! 9 months after signing a 2 year contact my phone dies. They replace it with no problems. I was told at the time of replacement the 1 year warranty would start over again with the new phone, which makes sense. 6 months later the replacement phone dies. This time when I try and get it replaced they say the replacement only gets 90 days. I go in to speak with the manger, Keith. He was very rude in the matter he wasnt willing to help me. He gives me just 2 options and that was it. Buy an extended warranty and maybe then they can fix it, which he said wasnt a good idea. Or buy out the broken phones contract, which Ive only had this phone for 6 months, to buy a brand new phone. Luckily i had an old Verizon phone i can use in place of my broken one. I feel Ive been cheated. They sold me a phone that wont last, and as soon as they can they try and get more money from me. I was told that this Verizon will take better care of its customers because its a non franchised-corporate store but it seems thats untrue. Never again will I buy from Verizon. Verizon and keith absolutely do not care about their customers, only about their profits. I recommend any person who doesnt want to get cheated out of their money purchase their phone through a different carrier.

I dont know what all the negative reviews are about... Everyone at this store was quite helpful, especially Dimitry. I needed to add a new phone line to my Verizon account for my gf, who is in another city. Dimitry helped me figure out the cheapest plan that fits our needs and he patiently saw us through the necessary account changes, even though another Verizon associate (who was helping my gf set up the new phone with her existing number in a different city) got credit for the sale. I highly recommend anyone looking for new or upgraded phone service go see Dimitry. He will hook you up! Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Patient. Five stars! Thanks Dimitry! :-D

Daniel was great. My phone was not charging properly and he had every opportunity to upsell a new one to me, but instead he did a series of tests and determined it was my power supply that was bad. Twenty dollars later I was back up and running. Normally a retail employee would go for the easy sale, but Daniel took the high road and made sure me, the customer, was happy first!

I spoke with a rep named Johnny and he was one of the most respectful and helpful reps I have ever had to deal with. Not only did he fix my phone but he also found me a better phone plan, helped find me a better discount, and worked well with other reps to get me in and out of the store fast. Because of their service I will be with Verizon a little longer.

Horrible service from uncaring employees! The worse experience for the past 2 visits. They disregard your needs and expectations. They treat you like you own them something. If you have concerns about your service or equipment they dont seem to want to deal with problems and try to get rid of you as fast as they can.

I have visited this location twice in the last 2 days, and the service was horrible. No greeting, employees are short with you and unfriendly. I also overheard 2 employees talking bad about another employee that apparently was stealing sales from them. This store needs Customer Service 101 training!

some of the employees are good but for the most part they all have attitudes are not happy to help you, act like they know everything and you know nothing and are usually very rude. Like i said before some are great but most are not. Dont expect a good experence if you go to this store.

Tony and the rest of the staff at the Nine Mile road store were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Verizon and particularly this location. The environment was warm and friendly, and Tony was able to help me get the right equipment for my needs! 5 stars !!
