Really upset with Batteries and Bulbs. After finding a coupon for $10 off my iPhone screen repair I took my phone there. When I got in the store they told me they were the only apple certified technicians in Pensacola and they only use OEM parts. The FIRST screen I had on my phone had a light shining through it; took it back and they replaced it. Left the store and went home, tried to unlock my phone and Touch ID wasnt working as well as the screen was partially unresponsive and lagging. Took it back AGAIN and they reattached the Touch ID but didnt fix the screen. I took my phone to Express Mobile Techs and they showed me that the screen Batteries and Bulbs put on was NOT OEM and that no one in Pensacola is certified. I saw the screen they put on, stamped all over with Chinese writing and no apple logos. The screen that express mobile techs out on (the actually compared the two for me) had the apple logos and proved that it was OEM. So not only did Batteries and Bulbs make me pay for defective screens they lied about using parts they dont even have. I would never have taken my phone there if I had known that.

I was waited on immediately, the associates were courteous and helpful, and everything was explained clearly. The nice salesperson even carried my old battery in and my new battery out. (Im 74, with an iffy back at times, so this was appreciated.) I had talked to "Randy," I believe it was, before I came in and after I had placed my online order, and he was very helpful and has enthusiasm, which makes for a good employee, right? Anyway, I will encourage others to at least visit your store.

Called in to verify they had 2 each 40w 48" T8 fluorescent bulbs in stock and price. Sure, he said he looked it up and all ok. Upon arrival an hour later , I asked for him and he kept me waiting while he kept looking for something. After I finally asked if there was a problem, turns out he had none of the 40 watts ,I had called to verify stock and only 1 32 watt in stock. In the past I have had excellent service, several times here.

I had my screen replaced on my Samsung phone. It looked good when I got it but after a week it had 2 cracks. I never dropped it off hit it on anything. Now it has cracks all over after just a couple months. My old screen was almost 2 years old. This is obviously cheap Chinese screen. I wasted over $160. I would never get a screen replaced here.

The manager, Lillie, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. She immediately knew the details about some fairly specialized light bulbs I needed. You could tell she was genuinely interested in understanding and filling my needs. I will definitely be a loyal customer. Also, her colleague seems to have a favorable demeanor as well.

Im very happy with the service provided here. First I had ordered the wrong battery for my cell phone. So the representative cancelled out the order and provided the proper battery and rang me up. After having the proper battery put in, I discovered it wasnt the battery that was the problem. So she allowed me to get a refund! Thanks!

Had to get battery replaced on a range rover SC. These folks went out of there way to change out the old one and put in the new one. Not an easy job given the location of the battery in the tight engine compartment. Thank you, particularly to the franchise owner who did the work while training his folks on how to do this job.
