I was told I could take part in the Bogo sale (purchase one iPhone 6S, get another one for free). Knowing this and calculating I could afford both for me and my husband, I went ahead with the deal. I was charged for both phones on the next billing cycle, so I called them and was told that it would take a couple months for the deal to kick in; I would be credited the extra amount Ive paid, back into my Sprint account. Three months pass and still, Im being charged for both. I called several times to discuss this, but was told someone would call me back, but I NEVER got a single call back. Angry, I go into the store and apparently I was not eligible for the deal because it ended a full month before I bought the two iPhones! I brought in the customer quote and receipt to prove I bought the two iPhones under the influence one was going to be free. If I wasnt receiving this deal, I wouldve have went with cheaper/more affordable phones. Since I waited until after 30 days (because I was told to wait a few billing cycles), I could not return the iPhones. I was told nothing unfortunately could be done. The staff is poorly trained and misinformed. Not to mention the many times myself and family members have come in before and gotten attitude straight from the get-go from one particular employee. I called Sprint Customer Service several times. Each time, they would tell me they would call the store here and call me back after confirming what had happened, but never called me back. One of the "supervisors" I talked to, Jane, was one of the many. FINALLY, a nice man got it all fixed. Make sure to check elsewhere that the deals this store is offering you IS ACTUALLY STILL GOING ON.

The service rep was very nice and seemingly very knowledgeable. However, when I submitted my rebate application, I found out that both the phones I bought were not eligible for a rebate. This is something I would have expected a Corporate store employee to know. Shes was the one who gave me the extra receipt and a postage paid envelope. Not the end of the World, but when you drop the kind of cash I did for two phones and youre told youll get some of it back, it really sucks when you find out you never qualified in the first place.

The people at this store literally did nothing. They called a customer service center. We the employees were literally useless. The company itself said they would not help with the problem and put us without phones for 1 month. We were still made to pay our monthly plan and were provided no service from sprint.

There arent many Sprint stores in Clarksville but go out your way for this one! This is by far the best place I have ever gone to friendly knowledge just GREAT!!!!!! Josh the manager is beyond helpful! I live about 15min from this store so trust me its worth the drive!

This was the most knowledgeable staff I have ever worked with in a Sprint retail/store. They were honest about the pros and cons of each phone I inquired about. That helped me make tje best decision based on my needs. Excellent crew!
