Do not do business with the AT&T at this location. They only sell phones through AT&T as a large kiosk. They dont offer warranties or repair unlike a regular franchise. The manager Katherine is most surly and should be fired immediately. Even with a receipt purchases, will not be honored b/c it isnt an original AT&T store.

Definitely good experience went in tonight to change my discount the girl helping was great and friendly definitely happy with her service even tho I dont remember her name . Wish I did lol. But also bought a case . She was extremely helpful... thanks again girl lol sorry I dont remember your name

They have the best customer service. One of the associates by the name of Erika was so patient. She helped me get my number ported over and was very understanding of what I needed. She explained everything to me step by step instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive phone.

This place makes no sense, called to ask a question and they were super rude, not very helpful, and hung up on me, not happy with AT&T in general, probably switching after my contract
