I have been going here for my prescriptions for years and used to never have an issue slowly the customer service has gotten worse first it started with lines being longer, wait times longer through the drive-through and when you attempted to call. They used to have two drive through drop off and pick up lines but because of constant issues with the Farlane they have shut it down it is only for drop off now which makes the line even longer. All of those issues were fine I couldve dealt with them but last night after my husband got off work I had told him to drop our sons prescription off to get it filled I did not think to say anything to him about it until this morning and I said where is the new prescription and he said they would not give it to me until the 18th and I said why its a new strength he said I dont know thats just what they told me so I called the store to find out and I was told by a pharmacy technician that the pharmacist did not want to fill it because "he was afraid I would mix the doses up" so my sons medication was not Filled due to insurance but because this Particular pharmacist felt he needed to Measure my competence!!! I am the one that took my son back to the doctor because I wanted the dosage LOWERED due to how he was struggling with it. If this particular pharmacist would have taken a few extra minutes to review my sons medication history he would have seen how inconsistent the fillings were due to the fact that my son does not take his medicine over the summer at all so we keep his medicine for longer periods of time because of this. we never fill it at the same time simply because we always have more than we need. Im completely aware that this is a controlled substance that my son takes and I feel like we were wrongly judged and it had nothing to do with whether or not we were competent enough to give him the correct dosage but more so whether or not he thought we were being trustworthy with the medication. I Also feel that if I am competent enough to take my son to the doctor and take it upon myself to raise up my concerns with his current dosage and request that it be lowered that I would be competent enough to make sure I gave him the correct dosage after my request for a lower one was granted. I also find it funny that after our question all of this suddenly now they will fill the prescription?!?! Does anybody else see anything wrong with this picture?

These guys get crushed from the people who shop here over Kroger and Wal-Mart.....they go above and beyond to take care of people.... And always keep themselves and customers on the up and up.....I, personally, will not use any pharmacy but this one......they work their butt off with a centrally dedicated group..... And, honestly, my hats off to them for what they deal with daily......keep it guys ....we do appreciate it....

They NEVER answer the phone, EVER what kind of pharmacy doesnt answer the phone, ridiculous, literally Ive been hearing the phone ring for 28 minutes right now Jesus Mary and Joseph, how about hire enough people to run your pharmacy properly

They have a wonderful photo staff and sometimes the pharmacy does take a little while to fill my prescriptions. the good thing about that is that they are the only pharmacy in Columbia that has never given me the wrong medicine.

Absolutely one of the best pharmacies in Columbia Tennessee. With the best staff in Columbia Tennessee. Low prices on brand name products and with generic drugs available its a no brainer.

Open 24 hours at the Campbell Plaza location. Need a script filled , wait until early morning (2-3 am) no lines!! Staff is always nice and helpful
