This has been a terrible experience from the beginning. The apartment that I moved to only receives service from AT&T (Im not sure if this is by choice or not) and I was hesitant to even move there because of this. After weeks of waiting for my service to be installed, several changes in dates, and several times of me calling them and telling them that I couldnt do an install during a weekday, my service was installed on a Saturday over a nearly 5 hour process, most of which involved me awkwardly staring at one installer while he played with my dog and waited for the other installer to show up. A month goes by and Im supposed to receive a rewards card notice in the mail - nothing. So I text my rep. She manually has to push it through so the card gets sent. I read online that it should take 10 days from that point. Now nearly 6 weeks AFTER that I still havent received my rewards card and I havent heard why. Ive used the tracker, Ive tried reaching out, and Ive read the AT&T forum - which suggests what Ive been suspicious of from the beginning - I wont be getting my rewards card. The service has been marginal, albeit expensive compared to what Im used to (better Internet and more channels for less per month). But I guess thats what they can offer when theres no competition. The customer service on the other hand has been terrible and judging from AT&Ts other reviews, Im not the only one with this opinion.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If no star was an option I wouldve selected it. They do not explain half the things when you join, messed up my switcher program and it got rejected reason being that I didnt trade in my phone. I went back to the store with my device trade-in receipt, asked for manager twice before they got him for me and one of the employees laughed at my apparent frustration. When I kindly confronted him about it the manager backed him up saying they smile at everybody!! The guy was obviously making fun of me! I swear to God if I find an option to contact the CEO of the company I will. This is not even the beginning of all the frustrations that I have with this place and employees. I was there with my fiancé and if both of us heard one thing in half an hour sitting down with a guy when I switched to AT&T and then when I came back complaining in less than 2 minutes it was explained to me the way it should have been in the first place. Theyll do anything to get money out of you!

My husband and I ported our numbers over from different carriers. We both got an iPhone 7plus and everything was great. Less than 24 hours later my home button stopped working. Called customer service and they referred us to the store. We went to the store and they said it wasnt their issue it was Apples. The phone is under a 14 day buyers remorse and they couldnt help us. We called Apple and they said thats incorrect and contacted AT&T . After two hours on the phone with Apple and AT&T, we went back to the store and they tried to brush us off to Best Buy. My husband insisted he wasnt going to leave without a new phone and free screen protector because they told us they couldnt give us a new screen protector even though we spent $45.00 on one for a defective phone they gave us. Wont be going back there for anything.

To start, if you know youre coming here, make an appointment online to avoid the wait, because the store always seems to be low on employees. Today, I had to wait over half an hour just to get a SIM card (And there were only six people ahead of me.) Once you get past the wait, however, the service is very good. All they need is more employees and less unexpected walk-in traffic. Also, if you want to review AT&Ts overall service, you may want to head over to yelp or YellowPages, and not this specific location. Finally, submit complaints to AT&T and when visiting this store, have your account information and ID ready to speed things up. If you leave the store because youre tired of waiting, tell an employee so they can remove you from the waiting list and everyone else can move on.

Not so much an issue with customer service, everyones nice and all. But I go there to get my phone transferred from my old phone to a new phone (got the iPhone 7 plus). I called the day before and asked if they could do that for me and the lady said yes. I went after work yesterday and the gentleman told me to just do it at home, I responded that I wanted them to do it because its faster and wanted a screen protector on my new phone. He went on about me doing it at home and the screen protector, that I spent $45 on, has bubbles and air gaps all around the edges. Im sorry, Im not one to complain but if I knew that was going to happen, I wouldve put the screen protector on myself.. Ive had one out on before and it was great but this time, not so much.

The blonde female was of no help and did not acknowledge that my phone shorting out was an emergency I am without a working phone and lucky nothing happened where I needed to use my PHONE OTHERWISE there would be hell to pay. She told me 75 minute wait at just after 7pm. I told her the situation and still the person was not helpful at all. She basically said screw you your on your own with your shorted out phone (under warranty and has insurance) I was a happy att customer now because of her I sincerely doubt I will keep AT&T. She offered a phone number but no phone to call from. So I walked out if this is the kind of people you have working for you then your doomed to fail. They dont care about your customers. -extremely frustrated customer

I am rating my personal experience with this store. My husband and I both had problems with our phones and no one from this location could help us and the employee there didnt even look at my husbands phone when he told him what the problem was, he just answered him with "I dont know, dude." Best Buy was able to fix my husbands phone but I still dont have a working camera on mine because I cant figure out how to fix it and dont know where to go from here and they didnt give me any direction. Youd think the amount of money we pay to At&t every month theyd be a little more helpful.

First you will wait in line forever. Then they will not be able to answer any of your questions. And then they will not be able to actually do anything for your phone or the problem you are having. If you really need assistance, make the one hour drive to the AT&T store in Nashville at 1900 West End Avenue. That is some kind of technical support store, only one in middle TN, and they can do anything you need! They are awesome! Of course we found out about that store by accident, no thanks to the people in Clarksville.

They wont ever answer their phone at the store. This morning I tried calling for 1 hour straight. You ring for 6 minutes each time you call and then after 6 minutes they hang up on you. I just have a simple question as I was in last Saturday and they didnt have a galaxy j3 in stock but were expecting some to come in and told me to check back this week. Well, how can I check back if you wont answer the phone. This is just one of many times I have tried to call this week.
