Seems theyre driven to process you and not good with problems youre having with poor service. They and the reps you call into for customer service never call back and follow up like they said they would. Taken me three months to get any action on the poor service in our home area. Im not a troublesome person, but when you spend nearly $2,500.00 a year for cell phones and internet, and loyal to them for many years, I would expect better caring service than that.

While in Clarksville on business I had the best customer service experience that I have ever had in my life. The sales rep Richard Pardue was very helpful and fast. From now on if I need anything or have a question I will be traveling to Clarksville or I will give him a call. Thanks for an A+ experience.

Service has always been fast, professional, and very friendly. They had a welcoming atmosphere and the agents were happy to help and give feedback. Service went above and beyond when they offered to call me with local specials once my item was available. I will be visiting this location in the future.

Ryan was awesome! We went to another Verizon in Lebanon TN and the lady absolutely lied to our face. Clarksville TN Verizon was a different story. Ryan helped us with my husband and Is issues and didnt try and screw us over. Will be doing our business here with Ryan while he is still there

Helpful but beware they do not tell you that the so called "extra items" you get with your new phone are also "extra charges". Buying a new cell phone is like buying a car now. Watch out for extra items they are not a package deal!

Great service but a long wait. I guess thats to be expected at most cell phone stores now, everybody has a phone. Once we were waited on, they got down to business and had our phone working and we were back out the door.

Its ok, sort of small for a corporate store. The staff is "just" ok. Ive been in better corporate stores, elsewhere. This particular unit will serve its purpose and get the job done, if you find yourself here.

I thought the service was extremely good. There was a wait but I was there on a Saturday so it was expected. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I wish their prices on accessories was a bit better.

Look at a bill, or a service plan from Ting, or from Google Project Fi, then compare with Verizon. Any business that relys on confusion to gain or keep customers needs to rethink how they do business.

I super wish that Verizon would lay off the super creepy attack mode when first entering the store. I miss the days that I could check myself in. Employees here are generally pretty good.
