They were efficient and had what I wanted in stock. Service was very professional. Agent advised me of fees Id be seeing on my bill, but neglected to mention a $35 "setup and program" fee, which I suppose I was charged because the battery was inserted for me and the device was powered on. He did say taxes would be 85-100 - strange that they would fluctuate $30, but I accepted it. If the fee for unpacking my phone had been openly advised - as the upgrade and Edge fees were - and the atmosphere not so cold and automatic, my rating would change. I will not be visiting this location again.

Wow, wow, wow....so I got a card in the mail today from Marcus at Verizon wireless! Thanking me for the purchase of my new phone and to call if I need anything! I have to say, Ive bought several phones from Verizon but never have I had a sales rep like Marcus Girdley! He went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I were taken care of! Always seem to go at the right time. Around 5pm or after, before closing. Always seem to get what is needed here. Normally new phone, renewal of contract. Exception, an associate said he/she would have an Pixel XL ready for us during our next/other renewal, never contacted us, no phone waiting for us. Went to the store to get the phone, none available. Placed an order around Thanksgiving and picked it up Feb 12.

I have had many experiences at many different stores and I want to say that this store has been by far the best experiences I have ever had due to the knowledge and patience of Margaret Anne and Chris...they have both gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me resolve my problems...they both need a raise!

I am absolutely awful at taking care of my phone so Ive had to come to this Verizon several times. Every time they are extremely helpful, and this time in particular the lady helped me find a more durable phone and a screen protector. I am a picky customer when I walk in anywhere but these guys are great.

Waited 45 minutes. Only two people working and busy with other customers. If you can, visit the store on Wilma Rudolph. They have plenty of associates who can assist you. I wasted my time here. I only needed to ask a simple question about a screen protecter/warranty that they sell only at this location.
