Had the best experience Ive pretty much ever had dealing with In-store Carriers. Both the young lady and young man were so helpful, they were absolutely hilarious together, and both were very knowledgeable. I ended up dealing with just the young man in the end, and he put any and all discounts in place for me, made sure I understood my new plan and device and even gave me his personal # to keep in contact just in case I had a quick, simple question. I would recommend to anyone, and the only reason I didnt give a whole 5 stars is because I am a bit disappointed in the call service, especially when I am out in country and in a darn grocery store. I lose service a bit more then what Im comfortable with, but hopefully itll eventually get as good as Verizons Service (The cost absolutely sucked, however, the service was the absolute best...never lost service, no matter where I was) and if that gets wayyy better, then Ill definitely come back and give all 5 stars!!

BEWARE SOLDIERS!! T-Mobile does not own any towers on Ft Campbell and you will not have service during peak times (lunch, anywhere near the barracks) and service is spotty inside government buildings. You will not have service at the range or anywhere other than the PX. They also promise a military discount which involves sending an email to your AKO email. In that email, you have to click a link to another site, which is something AKO does not allow. Your email will not allow you to fwd that email to your personal email either. They have another method which involves scanning and emailing your LES, and they totally drop the ball on this and dont give you the discount either. T-Mobile does not own towers and only rents them from big names like AT&T and Verizon, and you will be last in line in highly populated areas to even make a phone call. Save your money and go with a service that works on post, such as AT&T or Verizon.

Worst customer service in Clarksville. In San Antonio, TX I had never had a problem with them. The sassy rude representative, Ashley, was outstandingly horrible. I have never received worst customer service in my life. I came in twice to ask for help and both time she went out of her way to make sure she told my husband and I no. Even when the manager in San Antonio,TX had approved our request, she argued with them on the phone and denied our request!! "Also when she was supplosly "helping" us, she managed to go out of her way to get the next customers in the door and told me to SIT DOWN and wait?! While there were two other representatives standing there not doing anything. Even the new customers she was helping became angry with her. I really hope they put another T-Mobile branch that knows what they are doing! This branch lacks so much customer service that its worth driving an hour to Nashville.

Went into the store in which I was approached by salesperson I explained I wanted the new note 7 silver...when I was almost done with the transaction I realized the rep gave me 7 edge instead she had to go through everything all over again...but what really made me mad was her telling her co workers it was my fault then seeing her write on paperwork that I had changed my mind....no you gave me the wrong device idiot...then she had the nerve to mention a restocking fee..I was told all my info would be transferred from one devive to the other i cluding messages hmph didnt happen either...this was a disaster from start to finish..she then began apologizing for the mix up and blaming me for her screw up..this store is nothing short of morons....THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....

Worst company to ever go to! The company first charged me for a tablet line that I do not have when it should have been a phone line. Then messed up my actual cell account. They then charged me prorates and told me I was paying for a monthly bill when it was actually a down payment towards an entirely separate bill that I was not notified of. They told me to call customer service and put me on hold for 30 minutes. After talking to customer service I found out I was lied to by not only this individual store but the rest of the T-Mobile company. The RETURN POLICY IS 14 DAYS not 30!!! These people lied to me and now Im basically out a grand. If I could I would rate this with negative stars. NOT a happy customer! Strongly advice everyone to go to any other company!

Recently I moved here from Tucson, AZ. I only go here to pay my phone bill. I usually have to wait. The employees seem to have bad attitudes. Like there doing me a favor. The employees dont seem to care about there customers. One employee came back from what I assume was lunch and with food still in his hand. He began to play with his Computer screen and I was just watching in awe. After about a good 15 minutes he finally what I would assume logged in. After waiting about 30 minutes. I was asked "What do need"? I said "I need to pay my bill". He sighed like (I wasnt buying anything). Ok. Payed my bill. Left. Thinking the next time I come in to pay my bill and his salary. Bring a snack.

Horrible customer service. My phone hasnt worked in two weeks so I cant receive or make calls. We have a deal that takes the payment out the 1st of each month and because it wasnt paid yet they acted like I was poor and a waste of their time. They were rude and wouldnt let me talk without interrupting me to say "we cant help you.Afterwards I called and George said "Im sorry but I dont think you deserve and apology from me, I have been rude to guest before but I dont think I was to you." Thanks to him my family will be switching service to Verizon. Ive worked in customer service for 3 years so this really upset me because I know how to treat guest with respect. Will never return

bad service all around. Living on post we had no service in our own home and had to use wifi to call each other. The service in the store is ridiculous too, it too them 5 months to send us a final bill and each month i had called to ask about it and they said its on the way. On the 6th month i called again and they told me the reason why i havent received it was because our tablet line wasnt cancelled....why didnt you guys tell me that the first time i called....horrible service all around.

These people are morons. I had an active account for about five years. When I wanted to switch my wifes phone number to my plan from Straight Talk, they asked me if I wanted to switch to a new post paid plan. I said ok, so they redid my entire account. When finished, they had added the Straight Talk number as the primary account number. Genius.

T-Mobile reps seem to go out of their way to give you a hard time. I bought a Samsung S6 Edge in November and its a brick now. The tiniest scratch/crack makes them not honor the warranty. The screen isnt cracked. Its like having a dent in your car door, but the car company wont repair the warranted engine.
