I have been with Verizon for almost three years. Recently I was made aware of their bad business dealings. Upon returning from my most recent deployment, I found out that my bill was not up to par. I was made aware that my military discount was discontinued. It came up to a total of $270. When I questioned them about it they told me it was not their problem. They then proceeded to tell me every six months they would send out a verification letter. Not once did I every receive any bit of mail from Verizon. Nor was that info stated in my initial signing of the contract. After pushing further, the best Verizon could do was give a credit of 3 months. Which came to only $45. After finding that out, I questioned what else was wrong. I was made aware that for almost a year Verizon had changed their 3 GB plan from $60 to $30. I never received that bit of info either. So i was paying $30 a month more than the average customer. Due to my recent marriage, my wife and I decided to merge cellular accounts. Verizon showed me a contract break down and final monthly bill of $118. Not once did the sales representative mention the underlying cost of $40 for smart phone and $10 for insurance in the final cost. So unannounced to us, our great deal turned in to a $68 jump in price. So be advised this store is clearly focused on numbers. By numbers I mean the extra money they make by not giving their customers the full truth.

WARNING!!! Avoid all Cellular Sales locations at all costs and go to an "ACTUAL" Verizon store. Verizon is actually a very good company and these stores give them a bad reputation by improper representation just to make sales. What I thought was very courteous service turned out to be nothing more than a basic sales scheme with hidden fees and overpriced accessories except the tempered glass screen protectors which are actually sold for retail. I honestly would have never caught anything if after swiping my card once for what I thought was agreed to did I realize they charged my card twice for different amounts, one of which actually matched the receipt. In order to find out what happened I contacted Verizon customer service and read off the itemized statement. One item listed was a non refundable fee that the Verizon representative had never heard of before and they also got to charge tax on that as well. I was informed that had I dealt with Verizon directly that fee wouldnt have even been there. Be sure to always deal with the real Verizon, not these people who just want to turn a quick buck.

Despite charging more than every other service my wife and I were always very loyal customers to Verizon and the employees here were always polite. However, when we decided that we wanted to switch to ATT because of the better service they get around post and the cheaper price we were offered the manager here at the time was extremely rude to us about not having asked them for a cheaper price (which they would not have given us). Instead of closing our account like we wanted she angry argued with us and treated us like we were stupid. After it was all said and done she offered to buy our old phones back for $20 a piece.. we sold them both online for $300 each that day. I do consider Verizons service overpriced, but it was always good service and prior to that interaction had always given us great customer support. This review is aimed at this location specifically and not the service as a whole.

My experience was awesome. Fran was my sales rep. and she kept everything stress free and comfortable. She explained everything I needed to know about my plan and phone, which made my choice fast and easy. If anyone needs a new phone, plan or whatever you might want go to Oak Grove and talk to Fran. Best trip to Verizon ever! 1/2016 After I updated my new IPhone to the newer version of the iOS it wasnt functioning properly. Siri wouldnt respond and I couldnt use the talk to text function. I literally tried every possible way to Fix this issue up to calling Apple. Finally, frustrated and tired, I went and saw Fran. She took matters over from there. She first tried to restore the phone but it didnt work. She then had the IT people send me a replacement. I absolutely LOVE Fran. My newest phone works without any issues. :) :) couldnt be happier!

I went in to this Verizon Store because the battery on my current Verizon phone was dying. I was outside my one year warranty, so there was little they could offer without trouble (not an issue, thats how warranties work). The man who helped me gave me the options I knew I had (buy a battery out of pocket, pay my deductible and get a new phone), but also made me aware of an option I wouldnt have thought of that had me walk out with a brand new phone at the lowest cost available. Excellent service, and incredibly knowledgeable on their phones and service.

I went to Fran at the Verizon in the Clarksville mall last year. She is amazing at helping me decide what is best for me (phone and service) I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I love it. My husband and I went to see Fran at the Verizon on Fort Campbell last week. She helped my husband step out of the stone age with his Droid 3 to the latest LG G4. Fran is awesome and I highly recommend her to all my Verizon friends. We have been with Verizon for a decade now and no one has ever gone the extra mile like her. :)

I am a long time Verizon customer and have had pretty good service overall. But in Aug I came into the Verizon store because I was having issues with my phone. The associate that helped me was great but I was outside the Upgrade window. But she told me when I could get my Upgrade. I just came back to the Verizon store and I have had service that was definitely second to none. She took the time to explain all the new phones and the LG Tones. I am leaving with my new toys and I am very much so satisfied.

Her greeting was on time her way of speaking and carry herself well and professionally was as well awesome.. The store sold me a pad and iPhone 6plus needless to say I walk out a satisfied customer. 5 Star all the way........

I definitely had a blast at this location. I came from at&t to verizon and was pleased with everything from the explanation of the differences between phones and plans. I actually had some thinking to do when it came down to it. Everyone was very helpful with the whole process and it went rather quickly down to the accecesories.

The place was very clean and very friendly. Hana was great, so helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was able to get a better deal and plan. Would recommend this store over any in Clarksville. You got to check this place out, a hidden gem!
