I just bought a tablet & got a phone upgrade. I am not a techie, could have easily been intimidated just being in the store. But Cory & Lane were super , patiently answered my questions & overall were very professional & impressed me with their knowledge & enthusiasm 4 Verizon products. l like the smallness of the store. It has a friendly feel to it where a customer doesnt get lost in a crowd or worse yet, ignored. Think Iphone. This store is personable and not just another number. They care about making & keeping their customers happy. Oh, forgot what 2 mention: the parking is great--right out front!

Austin L. was the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He went out of his way to help resolve a problem that would have cost me a lot of money. I cant say enough good things about this store, if you ever have an issue with Verizon I would definitely recommend this store.

Been in a few times and every time employees are extremely unprofessional, playing games with one another. One time the manager was even playing hide and seek with one of the workers. Tried calling in ahead of time a couple times and the phone is never answered.

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. They were able to get my I-phone 5s working for me and also pre ordered my new I-Phone 6s. Everyone was so nice and I will never go to another Verizon again.
