Verizon does NOT recognize them as an actual authorized retailer!! We went there last month and thought we were getting a Verizon plan. Now less than 30 days later, we get a $300 bill that was supposed to be no more than $170 for two o iPhones. We paid up front for everything. They even took our older 5s phones saying we can use them for credit. Tonight we contact Verizon in regards to our bill and they say this store is NOT an authorized seller even though they advertise it everywhere. They use Verizon boxes and wear Verizon uniforms. Makes no sense they can be unauthorized and get away with it for this long. Not sure who is scamming who but its so disappointing. Theres not a carrier out there honest and loyal to their customers. We contacted Verizon customer service as directed while in the store and the salesman was adamant about not speaking to customer service. He told us how Verizon customer service bashes their store and how awful they were before we even got started. Verizon never bashed them. They only stared they were not an authorized retailer. But he proceeded to insult his own company. The overweight store salesman made insulting remarks to our intelligence. He said we dont understand taxes or math in general when my fiancé has a near masters in the field. Its not too difficult for us to find out how they were screwing us. From now on, if you need a store go to the actual authorized retailer in Columbia TN. Trust me its worth having real considerate professionals than going there. If you say they are great and bla bla bla, double check your bill and dont fall for their scare tactics.

I bought a phone two and a half months ago, the phone was a note 5, from day one it had a issue, I called store, I called Verizon, I went to store, the technical support said take phone back to store and exchange it,I went to store, the two representatives seemed uninterested in trying to fix it, the original rep was not working, I left unhappy, my son ended up fixing it for me, now two plus months later, the phone ends up with two sets of contacts in my contacts list, I went to delete one of each of them,it has deleted both sets, so I have lost my 700 plus of contacts, upon calling store and explain to the young man who is a representative of your store, I explained to him that I was going to bring my old phone to have the contacts transferred again and that Verizon stated that this would not cost anything, he states that it was a busy time of the year and that I would be charged again for this unless I had the original sales rep do for me, then I asked him his name, he refused to give it to me, saying multiple times he was going to have to put me on hold, after a long silence, the phone went dead, I assume he hung up on me, I tried to call back, no answer now,phone just rings, if this is typical for your company and its employees, I want be back ever again

Absolutely worthless place to go if you want any help with your phone. I have a Samsung galaxy s5 and updated to marshmallow a couple days ago. The phone is glitching now because of it. Battery is being drained because screen is constantly waking and shutting off. I thought that maybe the Spring Hill store could help. No. They could not. The salesman took the phone, input the info in the computer, found out that it is over two years old, and proceeded to hard sell me on upgrading. I do not want to upgrade at this point, especially from a store that cannot simply help me. He then insulted me by saying that the galaxy s5 and s6s have always had software issues and that I should upgrade. It is a little confusing to me that Samsung would issue its "flagship" model with glitch software. Do not go to this store. Go somewhere that they can help you with the phone. If you want to buy a phone only, get it off the internet. It is cheaper and you will be less pissed off at the end of the day.

Do not buy your phones here Verizon does not recognize then being an actual Verizon phone.I signed up for 2 phones cheap LG G4 phones and started to have problems with them they said go to Verizon and they would work out a deal with me on the phone as soon as they found out that I bought here they would not work out any deals with me because it is not an authorized Verizon dealer. Trust me save your time and go to Columbia or Franklin 2 a actual Verizon and get your phones there then theyd be willing to work with you Ive had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get anything done about these funds spin a nightmare phones rebates on these phones and had to fight to get that. This building needs to take Verizon off of it because its NOT a Verizon! Because Verizon does not recognize it as a Verizon!!!!

what is joke i wouldnt deal with these clowns if i was given free phone and service for a year i owed a dime 10 cents on a previous bill wrote check for 99.49 instead 99.59 my mistake so i went to give them the dime said $5.00 more if i use cash they charge to go to the bank

The customer service at this Verizon store was exceptional, as it always is. I was given thorough information from two sales representatives and through online services that one sales rep accessed in the store. Verizon always has great customer service. :-)
