I needed an I phone screen replaced. I call to get a price quote and then call again to get an idea of when they could fix my phone. I was told it would be between 6-7 pm or so before they would have a shipment of screens in, but they would fix it then. I go up there at 7pm after killing time in Decatur all evening to be told they have no screens and then was told a higher price than what was quoted. Needless to say I wont go back again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Called to get a price to fix my phones screen and was put on hold over 9 minutes while waiting to find out how much. So, I hung up and tried calling back and got the busy tone everytime. Ill never try to do busy with them again!

Its an ok place to shop, but if youre looking for warranty and a return policy -- keep looking because you want find it here. Lastly the phones are just as expensive as if youd purchased them from a normal retailer.

Always very easy to do business with, family owned business. It is common to find the granddad, son and grandson there at My Cell, always have been fair to me. 5 plus years. :-)
