I end up having to pay online because the customer service inside is not good. You pay for insurance and protection on your phone but when something happens to your phone they pawn you off on someone else who cant help you

Switched from AT&T & saving over $80 per month, even added a phone and increased our data from sharing 10 gb, to each phone with 8 gb. Reps in the store are very helpful!
