Nothing I was told was correct. I was told my phones would be in the store in two days and I would get an email to track them. I received no email. I went back to the store to see if my phones were in and they were not there. I was told they didnt know where they were and there was no way to track them. Emmett gave me his card and told me to call him Monday if I heard nothing. I called him Monday and he said he could meet me at the store at 5:30. I got a call from my original salesman OGrady at 5:25 telling me the phones were in and I needed to speak to Nick. I told him I already spoke to Emmett. OGrady told me Emmett couldnt help me. I went to the store and met with Nick, and I was there for half an hour and he couldnt get one of the phones to boot up. I had to go pick up my kids and left and came back 30 minutes later. I told him I would have to come back the next day and he said he would call me when it was squared away. He called me the next day and told me my paperwork would all have to be redone and I had to meet with someone else, at one pm. When I arrived at one, he was with another customer. Its now 2:30 and I am still waiting.

I was in several months ago and Bill OGrady was my salesman. While I was pretty sure I did not want the iPhone 6+, they did not have what I wanted in stock. I went ahead and took the 6+ since I knew that I could return it within two weeks if I didnt like it. Turns out, I LOVE it. So glad I went that route. Only problem is, Im on my phone so much more now. Bill recommended I get the screen protector for my phone. While it was $30, I was a bit skeptical. I went ahead and got it. Well, when walking into my house today, I dropped my phone. When I picked it up, looked at it, I noticed a crack across the screen. I freaked. I have the insurance coverage on my phone but I was still going to have to pay a big deductible to get the phone replaced. I quickly texted my salesman and he told me to peel back the screen protector. The screen WAS NOT CRACKED!!!! It was just the screen protector that was cracked. $30 well spent on that little screen protector. Thanks!!

My experience at Verizon today was awesome! Nick Schwomeyer helped me today and he was extremely helpful! I was very impressed with the amount he was able to save me and how quick he was. I told him I didnt have much time and what I needed, and he was really quick and I was out of there the quickest I have ever been! His service was truly great! He was also very professionally dressed and smiley. I would recommend anyone to him! He was great and I really appreciate everything he was able to do for me today, his patience, his quickness, and most of all his outstanding service!

I came to this store to transfer phone plans as well as upgrade my phone. Assisted by Emmett, he did an above-and-beyond job. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the terms and conditions calmly and comprehensively. He accepted us at closing time (which is 7pm, not 9pm as Google+ claims), and stayed 2+hrs LATE to make sure my new phone was set up properly. He also ensured is we could contact him in the future with questions. We are very grateful to him.

Nick Schwomeyer and Garrett See are the best Verizon sales rep i have ever had! I will never go to anyone else if i ever need help again! I came in to fix my phone and they stayed on top of it until i felt comfortable with it again. They are very friendly and even made me laugh! Such fun people to be around and still very professional. Edit: Since this happened, Matt contacted me and at least apologized and did his best to make it right. Salesman straight up lied to me about having to buy a phone to upgrade my plan. No confusion or miscommunication. I directly asked him, "Do I have to buy a new phone to change plans?" and he lied to my face. Got home, looked into it, and upgraded plans for free.

I made a hasty decision to go back to a Droid as I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I heard from Nick S, at Verizon, 48 hrs after purchasing the phone. He was just checking back in to see how thing were going. Within days hed gotten me set up with an iPhone to replace. Service and knowledge was exceptional each time.
