I went in here to pay my phone off and get it unlocked as I had already chosen another carrier. The manager was very cocky and lied to me about the process basically saying I had no hope in getting my phone unlocked even after I paid it off and it was mine. He seemed to be on a power trip and did not want to help me. He told me I shouldnt have gone with another carrier that I had make a mistake. Instead of going to this façade of an att store front go across the street to a real Att store, as I was helped there and was able to get the assistance I needed with paying my phone off and how to get it unlocked.

Went here to get a new Sim card because I got a new phone. Was only customer there and literally just asked for a Sim card and wanted to call in to activate at home because I didnt have the phone with me. Was told that they cannot do that and i have to bring the phone in. The AT&T website directly states that one of their retail stores can give a Sim card and activation can be done online or over the phone. Annoyed af because now I have to find some other att store to go to and waste more time. Moral of the story they lie and dont care about helping out the customer (of 10 years).

James Post (the store manager at Prime Mobile AT&T) is the ROCK STAR of cell phones! I moved my service over to AT&T a few years ago and James has been great. I have three kids, so Ive needed James help fixing and replacing phones. James is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to do things right. Not to mention, James checked all of the discounts available to me and was able to save me money on my cell phones (I now have 4 lines for a little less than what I paid Verizon for 3 lines). I am 100% satisified working with Prime Mobile AT&T, and especially James Post.

We have been to the other AT&T stores in Lafayette and West Lafayette. The service at this store (in the mall by the food court) is #1 and is way far ahead of the other stores. We now have bought all our phones from here. I thought I lost a phone in the mall one time and James Post offered to help me find it. ** They also offer tons of discounts for lots of businesses, schools, and students. If you havent been here to check out if you qualify. Get out as soon as you can as you could save a lot of $$.

James Post was very helpful when it came time to upgrade to a new phone. He was able to tell me all the pros and cons of the different phones and help me decide which phone was right for me. He was very patient in answering all my questions. I would recommend stopping in to the AT&T store and seeing James for all your cell phone needs! Great job James!!

Would not go back if I were paid to shop their. Mark could not do his job and was the only one in store at the time. Store manger was of no help when call about the problem...... Its official THIS store has stole $400.00 + from my Family! Just went to a REAL AT&T store and spent 6 hours fixing what this store screwed up!

James and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to pretty much anything cell phone related. I have done business at this location for several years and I find it much easier to get the individual attention Im seeking when I need my questions answered. Id recommend this store without reservation.

James helped us save money on our cell phone bill. He reviewed our bill and saw where we could change our plan to get more value for about the same money. You ought to get a plan review every year because things change. James also gave us a good deal on Android smartphones for the three adults on our plan.

The people working in this store was really rude and never tried to help anything that should be helped. This was absolute the worst customer service that I had ever received from a cell phone company, from any store I had experienced with over the past decade.

I went in, and needed to cancel a line...They wouldnt do anything for me.Made me go home and do it myself...not t o mention i was the only customer there, and they werent busy. They werent selling a phone, and thats all they seem to care about.
