Do not go to the one in Springfield. The girl they have working there is an idiot. I tried to explain to her the ad they had online for the two lines with free phones and she could not comprehend that. Then when she looked for my EIM# she could not find it. So I came home and called the carrier Im with and asked them for that number then looked on my phone and it was there. Dont go there.

Beautiful store and friendly staff I loved that they spoke spanish there and the boost and cricket stores didnt have anyone that could translate for my aunt!
