If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in there with a friend of mine today to help, because she had bought a phone yesterday. However it was not working properly I attempted to speak with the gentleman he ignored me and acted like I was not there he kept telling her the phone was working after several attempts of showing him and telling him it did not work he got up and went to his computer well at his computer I showed him on my phone where I had been sending texts as well as phone calls that she had not received this gentleman asked me if I was a Boost customer I told him no I was here to help her this gentleman started screaming at me telling me that I was not a Boost customer and needed not speak that he was dealing with her and hes listened to me for 10 minutes and I needed to shut up I never got rude with this gentleman or did anything to Warrant his actions he then proceeded to tell me to get out after sticking his finger in my face and screaming at me I told him I did not see it trespassing sign therefore I wasnt going nowhere he told me to leave her he would call the cops I told him fine and I gave him the phone number told him I would wait there for them the cops showed up nothing was done on my end because I did nothing wrong but I would love to speak with the owner of the place and or manager but I keep getting the runaround I have called boost corporate and they have told me to call the owner but I cannot reach anyone so hopefully you dont have any run-ins with this gentleman the worst part of it all was we went in to fix an account that was on a church account and the gentleman was listening to Christian music the whole time we were in there and he was screaming at me. I am not normally one to do reviews bit this was beyond crazy and sad that you treat people this way.
