Ug! I deeply despise having to visit t-mobile stores. Theyre nice and the staff is pretty helpful, though you must always wait for service. I would much rather deal online, but theyve recently made policy changes forcing you to come into the store for warranty / insurance exchanges. I miss the days of being able to call and conduct these types of things from my home.
