The employees in the store were very friendly and helpful and is the reason I choose to upgrade my phone there because I only came in to see if I could drop off my phone for a quick charge and was offered some products to purchase that would charge my phone but declined and they still allowed me to drop it off few to charge which I thought was pretty cool of them and just opted in for the upgrade. I have since decided that I want to get the 32gb version of the GSIII and because I am from Atlanta the owner is allowing me to ship back my original and is going to ship my replacement back out. Very cool. Thanks!

We had the best customer service of any Sprint store we have ever been in. James was so helpful and very polite. He answered all my husbands many questions without even flinching! We both bought new phones and he showed us how to us them, gave us his card and told us if there was any problems or questions to please call. The store was very need and clean. The manager, Ernie, was also very nice and helpful. I have always dreaded going to buy a new phone but these two young gentlemen made it a pleasure! Thanks so much, Susan and John Goodwin

The employees were great, nice friendly people and where on the ball about everything. i recent brought the GSIII and i really didnt wanted to get it but after talking to the employees about the different pros of the phone i got it and after a few days they called back to make sure nothing was wrong with the phone, unlike in Chicago if i would have gotten the phone they wouldnt have cared it would have been an o well situation, i am pleased with this overall experience.

Right as I walked in I was greeted by very friendly employees. Everyone was super helpful and explained to me all my options about what to do next according to the trouble I was having with my phone. After fighting with Sprint for a few days and running into multiple Best Buy stores, Sprint Corporate stores and other 3rd party retailers. I was finally able to drop into Absolute Wireless and they were able to take care of me and get me out the door with a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3. My first new cellphone in over a decade. Couldnt be happier with it right now.

Had been a Sprint customer years ago but left and went to another company. Time came they no longer provided what I need for my business so I went back to Sprint and used this store, people were very nice, helpful, and easy to get along with. Made the conversion simple and effortless.....now if my learning all the new technology were only as easy.

Rude female! I came in for repairs, she told me I had to go through assurion because my charge port was damaged. I said Ive never had to do that b4. She got irate & even accused me of calling her names. Watch out for the little white girl shes ferocious!

Asked for my ID then didnt give it back. I realized when I was back home. Called and she was completely unapologetic and offered no solution. Why did she need it anyway? Getting in and out of opry mills is a nightmare. Shop somewhere else.
