Awful customer service. They only seem to care about making money, and not really about the customer. The manager Raymond, is not very customer oriented. It feels as they make you get insurance because the phone they provide you with will have a performance issue just after (less than a few days) the warranty period. My contract with them was about to expire 1 month before fulfilling the contract, the phones screen went black ( no cracks or damages to the phone ) for no apparent reason , so they wont accept the phone for exchange. The manager, Raymond, said that talking to another Verizon store thats not a corporate one or to the customer support line...is like talking to "a Walmart " so they not commicate with each other....you just hope to get a nice person on the phone..... so you can get a what you need. Theyll try to take advantage of you and pretend to give you a deal, which in reality youre just paying the full retail price of the phone. ...regardless if you were a customer with them for two years, no late payments, and 3 referrals....overall I feel dissapointed .... I was expecting good customer service and understanding ....I spent over 3 hours trying to resolve the issue .... $379 dollars later

I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. I dont know what kind of half-way house they hire their employees from, but they are all 100% incompetent. They are trained to lie to you. I have been told multiple times that my phone was not under the 1 year manufacturer warranty, and when I explain to them that it is (because I know when I got the new phone) they suddenly back track and "realize" that I am right. I have been screamed at by a woman who told me "you will do whatever I say you will do", and I have dealt with a man who used a pen to jam my sim card in and out of my phone (even though I calmly explained to him that there was a tool in the box for that specific purpose). Do not go to this store, I have always had much better luck calling into the Verizon 800 number. The people I have spoken to through the 800 number are nice, helpful, truthful and apologetic about the vagrants that pretend to work in the Verizon store in Green Hills, Nashville Tn. Hopefully someone in management will see this review and take a good hard look at the idiots that surround him/her and do something about this issue.

Wife and I and brother in law just signed with them at this store about 3 weeks ago. The salesman Josh, was all about trying to get us a deal, discounting, saying our former phone trade in values would pay for extra gear flat out. Such as gear watches. Not only was that not true, and if we hadnt looked we would have been hit with a $1000 first bill instead of about 300. Really?! Not one, ONE of the extra tech he said was not extra was anything but full price. And to top it off, he knew the note 7 just came out and also didnt say a thing about that. This is far and wide the worst cell phone store experience Ive ever, EVER HAD. He clearly was doing a things he wasnt supposed to do and probably was hoping me wouldnt figure it out. This is a store chocked full of swindlers and bs salesman, namely Josh. Stay far away from this store. Oh and I almost forgot, he added after we left a Samsung VR headset we didnt ask for or leave with, as the csr over the phone asked us about it. He tried to tack on an extra $199 worth of stuff we didnt ask for.

Typically, Ive been pleased with these guys. But my past three times in have left something to be desired. Most recently, I had a simple return--one phone case I tried for a new phone but didnt like. I was greeted at the door, like usual, and told it might be half an hour before someone could help me. What?! So I waited a few minutes, watched the guy who checked me in stand there doing nothing. Its worth noting that on the day I purchased the case it was the greeter who checked me out because she said the line was long and she could do it because I knew what I wanted. Anyway after asking this gentleman if he could help me, he said I could wait or leave the case with him and trust that hed process the return. Ill keep a close eye on my credit card account, but come on Verizon. This is after you told me my new phone, after waiting 8 weeks to get it, was going to be delayed another 10 weeks. Anyway, I hope your next trip in will be better than my most recent trips.

SUUUUUUUUUPER pushy sales rep. Tried to get me to buy everything under the sun. He also wouldnt leave me alone. I repeatedly told him I just wanted to look at a phone/browse - without him around - and he followed me around and hovered over my shoulder trying to sell me stuff I did not want. Another sales rep got in on it too and was talking about how I should buy a Tile and I could even put it on my gun to locate it! I dont own a gun nor will I ever (and my god! a Tile to locate my "lost" gun??? Frightening) and the whole experience was so wacky. I will never go back to this strange place. I felt like I had been sent back in time to the 80s with their aggressive sales tactics. A good sales person can "read" their clientele and know when they are being too extreme. These people read me the wrong way and lost a sale because of it.

Every time I go into this store, I leave mad. The only saving grace is that I go in there about once a year, to replace my phone every so often and for the occasional new battery. This time, the customer service rep said they do not stock the battery for my phone, even though the phone has their name on it and they sold it to me. He could not believe that I did not know how long Ive had the phone, asking me twice and condescendingly asking me, "Really? You dont know how long youve had it?!" Um, no, but not so long that you cant use your computer to look that up, since I bought it from this very store. Turns out it was 18 months ago, which apparently warrants treating me like a dinosaur. Anyway, not much help, although they did recommend I go to a Batteries Plus, which is able to help me.

the irony was it was customer appreciation day! needed help on a phone activation. problem solved and she immediately walked away to try and sell a phone. backup assistant failed halfway thru the process so i had to get back in line to get help. second person then (despite me showing her the failure message) said it was fine and it went thru. NOW I am missing half my contacts. if you store contacts in your phone that you need do NOT trust these people to help you unless you are buying a new phone. a horrible experience. just spent an hour ont eh phone with tech support only to find out that nothing can be done. Anything that the store can do, customer service can do better. turns out the first time i went they even gave me the wrong information as well.
