This was one of the Best experiences I have had in a long time. I took my Mac Book Pro to the Apple Store in the Cool Springs Galleria due to it would not power up. The person at the counter was nice enough to take to the back to see if it was something he could fix on the spot. Ten minutes later he came back to me and said no luck and said it would be $495.00 diagnostic fee, that they had to send it to their off site repair center.I decided to not do that and take it to UBREAKIFIX store in the Creekside Crossing Center in Brentwood. They said they would be happy to diagnose the problem for no charge and get back to me in a few days. Well one day later they called me to tell me it was ready. One day before Memorial Day no less! I arrived to Pick it up and they said it was just a loose wire on the battery terminal that came loose. They said I was good to go and didnt charge me one cent! That is a rarity in todays business environment. They certainly have a loyal cromer for life now. Thank you Chase and Sean for running a great repair center.

Every one of the staff at uBreakiFix are just great guys! They are genuinely nice, courteous, and SUPER helpful with whatever your problem is; whether it be with the phone or laptop you bring in or something that you just need to know how to do back home with technology. I have had the most service from Sean who I have to give kudos to for the enormous help he was with my laptop issues and all the little tips he would show me to help me make the most of my MacBook! I cant say enough about how great uBreakiFix is as a business....yes, they go WAY beyond the Apple Stores, for sure! Please check them out and see for yourself!

Update: Scott got in touch with me and got it fixed. Thanks!! I dont write reviews good or bad, but could not figure out why my experience was so radically different from everyone elses. A few months ago I took my Ipod touch in to fix the broken screen. The guy said they dont like to fix things for more than it costs to buy a new one. I advised him that the repair quote was $50 less than purchasing a new one and I would like it repaired. He then told me he could not help me. It is still broken because no other repair shop is convenient. I have seen management respond on others, maybe they will respond to mine.

The experience was a refreshing change from what is usually the norm. The evaluation of my ailing smart phone was thorough and performed in a timely manner. I was happily on my way back to taking care of business with my phone in a reasonable time. I will definitely utilize the services of uBreakiFix henceforth. Great group of guys and I received wonderful service. Very thorough in evaluating the phone before allowing me to drop off my phone. I had condensation from a drink land square on the phone speaker so I could barely hear the other side when using the phone. They fixed the problem and was much much cheaper than any of the other stores I had talked with before dropping off my phone. Will be using them again if needing any repair work done on any of my devices.

Im a repeat customer! uBreakiFix has successfully fixed my phone screen TWICE now (no thanks to my own clumsiness). Both times the staff members were very helpful, professional, honest, and upfront about how they would fix my phone screen, how long it would take, and they guarantee their work, so if my screen stops working for a reason other than me dropping my phone again, theyll fix it for me, and Im sure theyll do a wonderful job the third time, too.

Two issues. Took in an Apple mouse, and after one day was told the repair would cost more than repair. Then took in a very old Apple laptop with a screen issue. This one took a few days because they were trying to find repair parts. New parts not available from Apple, but used parts were available. Decided to scrap the old one, and bought a new one at the Apple store in Cool Springs. No charge from uBreakiFix for either service. Knowledgeable folks.

I shorted out the LCD circuits on my laptop screen right before I was headed back to college and brought it in to these guys based solely off Google ratings. They were super polite and efficient and 2 days later they called me and told me everything had been fixed up free of charge because the repair was so minor. Definitely have my business for any future technology problems.

Great experience for a bad situation. Team at uBreak took a look at our PS4 and informed us that was still under warranty and that we should get with Sony as soon as possible. I contacted Sony just in time and was able to get system repaired at no charge from Sony or from uBreak either. I will definitely use then again if need help with more tech!

Lost my 5s sim card tray when it flew across my messy garage. Its now hiding somewhere under antique car parts. Sean said he had a spare tray, handed it me at no charge, and that was that. Told him if that was the kind of business they were running there, Id be back tomorrow with a camera that needs work. And I will.

Took sons Xbox here for repair. Staff was helpful and informative. Because it was an issue only Microsoft could deal with ( Microsoft rule), they put together all information to assist with sending it off, didnt charge me for the evaluation.
