I have called 4 separate AT&T Wireless stores in the central Tennessee area. I continue to be greeted by a voice mail and after 3 runs of the menu, I finally get to choose the option of "speak to a store representative" - only to have it ring until it finally says "no store representative is currently available". Im not sure if my question is, "Does anyone actually still work at the AT&T wireless stores?" or, "Does AT&T not care about anyones business to have someone actually answer a call?" Either way, I guess I wont be doing business with AT&T Wireless... and just when I was all ready to sign up with them... Wow....

if i could give zero stars i would! i have cell phones and internet with AT&T horrible service i can not wait to drop them i dont get cell service anywhere i have to walk all over the place to get a signal in the middle of town, half the time my data isnt even working but that doesnt stop AT&T from charging me an extra $60 a month the WiFi at home is constantly out i can barely stream a movie on Netflix it is the worst. I can not wait to get Comcast back in a few days along with Verizon!!

This place reminds me of a used car lot. It is impossible to go in there and browse communities the phone selection without having an AT&T employee bothering you every few minutes or trying to push a product or service on you. Otherwise its ok.

I experienced fast, friendly service at this store. All customer service clerks were busy and there was a person in front of me in line, so I had to wait about 5 minutes, but Jason took care of what I needed an I was out the door fast.

went there two years ago and had good service but recently the management and employees are very rude and have an attitude problem. would not go to this location again.

Knowledgeable staff informs you of your options, but doesnt pressure you into a purchase. The wait was a bit long though.
