Horrible, horrible experience! If you are not buying the coolest and newest phone the staff has no idea how to deal with you or answer questions. Manager repeatedly told me how a warranty plan worked in a loud, obnoxious manner. While I said I understood and wanted him to answer how it pertained to me and my situation. He kept telling me the same thing over and over even after I asked him to stop and move on. He could not answer my questions. I spoke with T mobile reps on the phone. They listened and were helpful and apologetic. They are the ones to talk to if you need anything. Silly me thought face to face was better. Going off my experience and recent comments, T Mobile needs to focus on the training and culture of the store. They dont seem to care and be too worried about how they treat people and act!

I went to buy a phone as a Christmas gift and paid the full price $900.00 phone. They asked me for a copy of my driver license and I refused to give them my ID information to keep. I showed them my driver license to verify my credit card and they still asked for a copy of my driver license. I refused again and they said they have to retune it and not to sell me the phone and they did. I even told them if I ordered the phone through the customer service they will not ask me for a copy of my driver license and they still insisted to have a copy of my driver license. Please be aware....

Not sure where to start with this store. Out of the 20 times I have been, I have been satisfied with maybe 3 of those visits. Been with T-Mobile for 10 long years. This store is a joke for the most part. nothing is consistent. Its a new deal and stroy with each employee. Other comments are so on point. I think they have a circus clown that conducts all training! Management and the staff absolutely kill this place. Its so obvious because you rarely see the same person twice! Do something T-Mobile!! This third party retail spot is killing your brand. TRAIN THEM!

Loved the energy everyone was very friendly and all smiles! To my advantage though I had an all star 9 month old who stole the show. Costumer service was friendly but I just so happened to get a new employee that didnt have much experience but I was pleased that the supervisor was able to fix everything had he not done that Id be unsatisfied. Its just like anything though you have to check everyone on everything and dont just expect the person in the position to know what theyre doing not always the case.

We have had tmobile for 12+ years and latley we drop calls. - I had a representative tell me Im better off going with another provider. -I had a representative tell me sorry I can .... And than never deliver. -I had a representative tell me its our phones they are out dated (just paid them off 2,100 4phones) -I had a representative tell me its the Sim card so bought new ones I could go on would not recommend tmobile better off with the over the counter pay as you go phones bought one for 20 works great

If you are smart, you will quickly recognize this place as a waste of your time and money. Be informed by calling T-Mobile or checking their website for specific information and programs -- all you will find here are liars. Tip: Employees should be held accountable for their poor and unprofessional service or fired.

The sales associates are helpful for the most part. Some of them are mis-educated on Tmobiles rules and regulations and we often have to call customer support while we are standing in the store. This is an issue more with Tmobile not so much this particular store
