I was trying to be a model customer and call ahead to let the store about my time constraints. Luckily, James answers the phone and gave me an estimate on what it would take to replace my phone. Although, I checked prices online and literally told him what I wanted- he was super patient and explained all the options. My heart was set on a cute Stylo 3 but I ended up with the Alcatel!!! Let me tell you......the two cases were a BOGO, my phone was 30$, my plan and insurance was under 200$. We were able to make all these decisions with time for me to be super indecisive on my lunch break. Lol Thanks James for the Hookup and Id like to welcome Cricket wireless to the area. Youre a working girls best friend. :D

Nothing but rude people. We had a bad experience with Cricket back in NY also. This is just rediculous walked in a 430 stood around for 15 minutes and then was finally acknowledged. Not only that, every phone we were interested in the didnt have. You would think a store like that would be stocked on phones. We ended up going somewhere else. We will never do business with Cricket again. My opinion if you want good service and a good selection for phones go somewhere else.

Kind of upset about the service I worked for this store as a waver they paid me cash my wife was the liberty waver next store some thing had happen that prevented me from getting my last pay. I called and asked they said they had so many manager turnovers it would not be possible to pay me. Today the district manager even said he did not know how to help me I got pictures with my wife in costume man this store is a big bummer

I love the service!!!!! But could use work on manger in fwb store didnt seemed qualified to be a store manger when he was trying to sell personal phone to customer at work other than that great service great plans they do have a 25 activation fee now but its worth it when you compare it to Verizon bill and WHT your saving with cricket...

Great service for the best prices!!
