This store is very helpful. I find the previous review too harsh for the amount of business this store does. The location of this store ensures that they handle a very large amount of business. I do not find that the store is "THE WORST VERIZON STORE EVER" as the previous reviewer suggested. This store has attempted to make their process work more efficiently by having folks sign in to receive help in the order that they arrive at the store. It is frustrating at times to have customers arrive at the store to take up the emplyees (and waiting customers) time with simple questions that can be found by doing some research through the verizon web page. I have rarely ever entered this store when they have not had 10 or more customers waiting upon my arrival. I feel that this store does an adequate job of trying to meet the needs of the high volume of customers they help.

I am in the process of canceling my service because I was given several defective Phones and other products in the course of 2weeks. I started the service on 11/15/2014. All the people at this store are interested in is hustling you into buying products. I asked for help to resolve the issues and the manager on duty (JJ) laughed at me. I was furious. This happened today, 11/29/2014. I am I the process of putting complaints to the BBB for the horrible customer service over the phone and online and in this store. I still want a refund for 60.00 the price of the online service that I never got to use because of the defective phones. There is no wonder the Verizon Wireless corporate stores cannot stay open and why you had to close your store in bluewater, it’s because you treat your customers poorly. I am going back to my original carrier who cares about there costumers.

I hate this store! You have some of the most gigantic idiots working there. Every time I go in the store...it is the same thing. You have to wait on an idiot to wait on you, and if they can’t figure the problem out, the solution is we need to wipe it clean and start over. That is pure balderdash. In case you do not know what that means...it means BULLSHIT! I will never darken their door again. Today was my last adventure! If you gave me a choice of “ZERO STARS” I would have selected that! Most of your business should be SERVICE not SALES. SERVICE is where you are lacking in my opinion.

This is a great store. Great customer service. I had 3 phones that I obtained from Best Buy in Sep 2014 that were defective, and this store replaced them with another model because I had experienced the same issues with 5 separate phones (NO CHARGE). I was approached by a staff member within a minute of entering the store even though they were VERY busy! I never felt pressured or pushed to add any products or services. They gave me the help I need and were friendly and courteous. Great place. I will go back when I need a new phone! They are AWESOME!

I went in today to cancel the service because I was given 2 defective I Phone 4 phones in the course of 3 days. I started the service on 11/4/2014. I asked for a total refund and all they gave me was the price of the phone. The manager on duty laughed at me. I was furious. This happened today, 11/7/2014. I have put a total of 3 complaints to the BBB for the horrible customer service over the phone and online and in this store. I still want a refund for 55.00 the price of the online service that I never got to use because of the defective phones.

The service is really hit or miss depending on who is helping you. Sometimes you get one of the nice guys who knows what he is doing, but most of the time you get clueless, apathetic teenagers who are just waiting for their next smoke break. As someone else mentioned, avoid Brian. If you have a working phone when you walk in, there is a good chance something will get messed up after Brian handles it. Despite that, this is the best Verizon store in the area.

Took a working phone in to have it activated on my 5+ year account, she reset my phone and had to leave cause it was closing time, now my phone is completely corrupt and my online verizon account is pending, but its okay because a company shouldnt be held accountable for their employees mistakes.... seriously verizon, this is why you had to close your store in bluewater, its because you treat your customers poorly.... next g here i come, goodbye verizon....

Representative lied to me outright. I asked point-blank if their version of the Galaxy S5 was locked down (knowing that it was, and that the T-Mobile version was easily unlockable), and was told that theirs was actually the *least* locked of any carrier. I should have brought a shovel to dig my way out of that pile of bullshit, but unfortunately I had to just wade out.

I was loath to go her this past Sunday but had no choice since my phone went tango uniform. My past experience has kept me away and I have not been here for over two years. But since that time, they have gotten their act together it appears. Mark was able to get my problem solved with little problem and I was able to leave town at 5AM Monday as planned.

This Verizon store is the best one that we have been to. Our local store is a joke so we took off to other close by towns to find the help we needed and we did here. They were great. Very helpful and nice. This is one that we will make the drive to for what we need!! Thank you Becca for all your help! (:

I have to agree with the majority...This is by far the WORST VERIZON STORE EVER! Terrible customer support. They are more than happy to upset a long term customer and see them leave rather than try and find the solution that the phone tech support said was available. Go anywhere but here!!!

Its pretty sad when you call two ask a question that would have taken two minutes to answer but was left on hold for over 20 minutes never to be answered at all. You just lost me as a customer.

Brian the solution specialist is horrible!! Do not get your phone at this location. Was told we would get a rebate and they never submitted it. Make sure you do no get help from him!
