I was told my bill was going to be one amount, turns out it was $100 more than what I was quoted. No problem, take the equipment back, go back to AT&T right. In the process of bringing my phones back I was told it would cost $50 per item to "Restock". wasnt told that when I purchased the devices, I was told I could bring them back at no charge. Ok whatever, I was then told that a refund was going to be processed for me for my trade-ins that were shipped out. No problem, after calling for 13 days straight and getting blown off I called Tmobile customer support. Found out nothing had been done on my account, I had an account balance of $250.00 and no refunds pending, in addition one of my lines was left open. TMobile Customer support took care of it for me over the phone and now my refund is on its way. I dont recommend this store to anyone, they will tell you one thing and do another. They will say "shell call you back" and never does!! Or..."hold on, I think she went to lunch, let me find out" comes back 10 minutes later "yes shes at lunch".....at 4pm? no, try theyre ducking my phone calls. Its all good, Ive lodged a complaint with Tmobiles corporate office about the HORRIBLE customer service and outright lies this store uses to suck you in.

Ive been a loyal TMobile customer for 5 years. About 2 years ago, I added a line to my service - the total bill was over $35 more per month than they had told me in the store. Last month, I returned a defective device & received a new one thru my warranty. Even tho it wasnt cracked when I sent it, it was cracked when they received it. They are now charging me $300 for the defective phone! I spoke to numerous customer service agents AND a manager - they all basically told me tough luck! We will let you split out the payments tho. No thanks!

Best ever! Matthew the manager, Matt my rep, there are 2 Chriss, several others, sorry I cant remember everyones name, but everyone is wonderful! After 13 years with T-Mobile, I was talked into switching to AT&T. Bad move, cell service is fine, customer service stinks! So back at T-Mobile I go, good cell service, great customer service. I highly recommend the store and their staff, they do what it takes to get it done and make the customer happy!

When I am having issues with my phones I will ONLY come to this store. I love everything about it. The employees and manager are wonderful and will do ANYTHING to help you out and make sure you leave happy!! :D

These guys are great, hooked me up with deals, loaned me a phone when I lost mine, I just wish the actual service from T mobile was as good as Verizon and Sprint, T mobiles 4G is fast, but coverage sucks.
