Would 0 star if I could. Ive been here no less than 4 times. EVERY time, Ive waited at the entrance for an employee for at least 10 minutes before any employee ever recognized I was there. Twice Ive had people walk in behind me and employees sign them in before me. 4 times in the store, 4 times ive waited over 20 mins before leaving due to no one being available to help. The last two visits, I purposefully went during non peak hours. For the last half a year Ive been driving out of my way to the store in Avon because I know they can at least get to me within 5 to 10 mins. Thought Id try this store one more time. Same situation, another guy(walked in just before me) and I both stood there 8 mins before someone said theyd be there in a min. 5 mins later, another couple walks in the door, an employee immediately walks over to them to check them in, as were clearly standing next to them, the man in front of me says he still hasnt been checked in, looks at me and tells the employee that I havent been checked in either. The employee proceeds to ignore me and check the new couple in. Im a fan of Verizon, but this store is (and for at least the last 2 years has been) straight garbage in customer service. Reflects poorly on Verizon and if I couldnt go to the avon store knowing I would get good service, itd probably pissed me off enough to switch carriers. Fix this Verizon!

My wife and I worked with Jenn for a long time to go from Sprint back to Verizon. We had to jump through a lot of hoops to port over the phone numbers for two phones. We were able to get setup even though I ordered one online that needed to be returned. Jenn worked hard to find us the best discounts, as well as working to find solutions to any issues that popped up along the way. I cant say enough about there service and the way everyone else was helping customers. They are a REAL Verizon store (not a 3rd party), so they have the expertise and access to greater resources to resolve that was the only way they could pull off our activations. They have a lot of accessories and live phone demo models, so yo can actually handle the phones and tablets. I purchased a Droid Maxx 2 that had just come out a day prior, and not only did they have a live demo available, but they had them in stock. They also have a kiosk to pay your bill on the spot in store, which is nice in a pinch. Would definitely recommend this store!!

Rep lied, saying they would insure my non verizon iPhone 6s, I even looked over at the rep standing near her, and he agreed. I talked with the manager and he said it will happen...no worries and that it will be back dated to the day I signed up. (which makes no sense) I changed over to Verizon, to get away from my other, confused and lying carrier. Looks like there really wasnt much difference. Going back to other carrier because at least Ill have insurance. People need to get there act together. Stupid. Wasted my time. I told the rep before I signed up, "now, one of the stipulations for changing over to you, is to get my phones insured". Flipping joke. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING.

The customer service at the Plainfield location is out of this world, great! So refreshing walking into great customer service these days! I think he was the manager on duty... He was awesome! All the sales people were so nice and helpful. Great experience even with how busy they were.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Its a corporate location, so they can actually fix most issues. Gave me no issue when I came in to cancel my lines when I switched carriers. Speedy service.
