I just had the most painless and pleasant experience at your Oneonta, AL store. Kayla Chambers and Lindsey Cox were the ladies that helped me with my upgrade. They were wonderful. They seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted and they made it possible for me to get it. A new phone, a new contract, and I even signed up for Sling and Verizon home telephone and Internet. These two ladies are a credit to your company and you should feel really fortunate to have them working for you.
