Went in there knowing I had something wrong with my phone, probably a battery issue. My LG G3 would shut off constantly and try to restart but never quite made it. I was without a phone for two days at this point.The woman who assisted me did not ask me how my day was or what was wrong with my phone at all. She gave two numbers to call, warranty and the number to E Washington store. How am I supposed to call the numbers given it I dont have a cell phone? Dunno. Luckily, I was able to get on my laptop and do the live chat that AT&T offers. I was able to chat with the warranty service and they sent me a new phone. The new phone came without a battery and a back. I put my battery from the old phone into the new phone and same issues were still happening. I was without a phone for two weeks before I was able to get a battery for my phone. I finally got a battery by calling AT&T and demanding one. I understand that associates are not able to provide batteries for customers. But I really wish that the associate that helped me originally in this store wouldve at least tried to roughly figure out what was originally wrong with my phone. Terrible service. The woman just wanted to get me in and out. Never coming to this one again.

I bought a cell phone during their $99 phone sale and get an apple I-pad Mini for $99 and the lady in front of me got the last one. They said it should take a week to get to me. I called a week later and they told me it should be shipping out in two days. Upon the 2nd day, (Saturday) I got an e-mail saying the item was on back-order and would not be replenished until the 20th of March. I ordered the item on the 22nd of February. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because the ease of use of the Iphone 5s my wife got that day.

Slooooow service. Dont go here if you have limited time. Our first visit had such a long wait we had to leave. We were visiting family in IN & took my mother-in-law here to get a new phone. This location was rude, unconcerned, and will not allow elderly to use the restroom. It was a bad experience.

Michelle the so called manger at this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen, I had the worst experience at this store, they stated the could not cancel my service but they are an att store, very rude This is the worst att store in town.

What a great shop! I always feel like I am well taken care of in AT&T stores and this one was no exception. The people that helped me were extremely helpful and solved my especially confusing and rare problem with ease and speed.

Went into that so called store and they talked me into direct tv and f-ing att digital and I was told there would be no charge for digital life now I m being charged for 2 years thanks for nothing
