DO NOT use this "corporate location". My husband and I have been with Verizon for a few years. We upgraded over the phone and were given 5 star service.(Over the phone) Went to this Tullahoma location to pick up our new very expensive devices. Despite being a "corporate store", Josh, the "sales associate" promptly told us he WOULD NOT ASSIST US in porting over our info or activating our new phones because "thats a courtesy and yall didnt buy em from us so check your email and you can find instructions". We were very confused as this is a corporate store and found him to be rude and extremely unhelpful. The Manchester store has, even though weve not purchased from them... given great help, advice and service. I called the manager of the Tullahoma location that was so awful. I eas connected to Jason the manager, and it pains me to give him the dignity of that title. I explained our experience and was asked ..."if thats all I wanted to tell him?". He was in no way concerned nor did he appear to care in the least. (Even when I explained our associates would prefer another store based on the terrible customer service we received.) This store clearly will only assist you if they can profit off of a sale. Verizon phone assistance...highly recommend. Manchester retail store.... 5 star. Tullahoma corporate location... NEVER AGAIN. Arrogant, rude and so unprofessional! I edited this review to add that Ms. Karima Anderson (a manager Ive delt with via phone) was BEYOND HELPFUL. TRULY CARING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, as did DEVIN in the Manchester, tn store who was exceptionally helpful even though he did not sell us our phones or make commission off of us. Thank you Karima, Devin and Bill in Manchester and I will never again do business with the Tullahoma Corporate location. They are awful!!!!

They have a couple of people there that know what they are doing but only a very few. It depends on who is working as to what opinion they have as to what is wrong with your phone. One person will tell you it is something you downloaded that is causing the problem but the application you downloaded was recommended by his coworker standing next to him..???

This store needs to get its stuff together. I have been to this store 5 times since i have had Verizon service. The customer service is awful no employee knowledge what so ever. Go to Shelbyville

I cant even rate the experience we just had in trying to upgrade our phone. Sale associate was nt helpful & was very rude that we generally have great service that would be 5 star

Ms. Lori is AMAZING!!! I always enjoy it when shes working! My son lost his phone and she hooked is up with the best deal. We were in and out in a jiffy!!
