They might be an authorized dealer for Verizon but this store is a joke. Every time Ive tried to use their services, they either dont know what they are doing or they mess up so badly I have to call the actual Verizon customer support to undo everything they did. Not to mention the employees here are never professional and act as if what your telling them isnt important at all. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to Greenwood to deal with an actual Verizon rep.
