bought a phone that I didnt get service with at my house. so I went in to return it, on the way there I reset the phone to clear all my data off. the return policy just states the phone has to be in good condition and no more than an hour of talk time used for a full refund. I only had the phone for 15 hours! but because I did a factory reset they couldnt see how many minutes I used of talk time. so they charged me a $25 "restocking fee"!! I mean honestly this is blatant stealing. I would never go back here and recommend everyone stay away from here. if not MetroPCS itself, than atleast this store! theres another MetroPCS store on broadway by family dollar go there if u MUST use metro. but these people are rude, and greedy. do not trust them!

This store basically stole $25 from me. and I know of one other person they did the same thing too. theres nothing in three return policy that states not to reset your phone before returning it because they wont be able to read the amount of minutes used for call time. so they just assume uve used over an hour and charge you $25 restocking fee? even though had just bought the phone 15 hours earlier? I mean they are very greedy people. horrible customer service and petty sales people.

this place stole money from a family member because THEY could not use there own system and read how many minutes were used off his account? how is that his fault? just because you cant use your own systems and equipment to read his account usage, u just automatically steal his money and give a half refund instead of following your own return policy and giving a full refund! it had only been 15 hours!! stay away from this company! they are criminals!
