Bluegrass Cellular has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been to this location many times and after walking in the wait is ALWAYS 30 minutes to a hour each time. I try the drivethru for a simple bill pay and takes about 10 minutes. Cell service isnt that amazing unless you need a signal out in BFE in a cave -- then go with them. Apple Music buffered all the time with Bluegrass. Happy to have cancelled and went back to AT&T -- a real cell phone service with fast speeds and amazing customer service. I suggest you do the same. the customer service at this location is disgusting, filed complaints at least three times with headquarters never any feedback. have done business with bluegrass for ten years, have watched the business grow am not impressed with employee accountability. the attitude is as if there is none. why give good customer service when everybody has cell phones and it is not hurting business. hear tell it is owned by five different businesses, I bet in each of those places they have accountability and good customer service policies

Bad Guy

Worst Customer service, Manager was very loud, rude, and unhelpful. He was more worried about flirting. Wait time is always over a hour. This date there was 4 people waiting and took over a hour to speak with someone. Tech help is a joke. Employees are clueless on how to do their job. Did not let me sign in with the computer, like they were worried how long wait time would be recorded.
