Battery replacement New July 11 2015 June 17 2017 Duracell 2 batteries. Batteries Plus Bulbs store Lafayette Rd I was highly disappointed with the online service. I was replacing batteries in it APC unit this is the battery back up for a computer or computer system. The purpose of this system is to protect from surges and hard shut downs to the computer. When I search for my APC unit online I was given a wide selection of batteries to choose from, I chose the top-of-the-line Duracell offered by batteries plus stores. The problem is that the battery that I selected was not one that the store kept on the shelf. Now I would have to wait for the selected battery to be delivered to the store. The only line ordering website did not inform me that I needed 2 batteries by APC unit. I picked up the single battery, back to the house to install my replacement, then I discovered that I needed 2 batteries. This information should have been communicated to me when I made my initial purchase online. But the man of the store was very helpful and we were able to come to a successful conclusion but I did not get a top-of-the-line battery as I had planned.

I went there to have my iPhone screen repaired. Even while my screen was cracked, the calibration still worked perfectly. they offered me a new battery as well. I said yes at first. While he was replacing my screen and battery, he brought my phone out and said it wasnt going to close all the way and will have a gap at the seem because the battery didnt fit right. He tried to finalize the transaction before I stopped him. This place was perfectly ok with selling me a battery they knew wouldnt fit my phone. As I said, my touch screen work fine before I took it here. Now I press on my screen and it takes me someone completely different, my keyboard doesnt work half the time, and apps open on their own. I called them about this and they said they had nothing to do with it and cant fix it. They only care about the sales. Not the customer. Crooks.

They are unprofessional.. I went to them with broken an Iphone 6 plus they charge me for it $129 then he told me to wait for an hour I went back to him , he just said that the screen was the last one in store or he could replace different color or otherways i should come back next day , next day he had 4 useless screen so I waited another hour for nothing and he still charger me $30 labor fee and he said i done from ur device period.. He was the manger of the store ,, definitely i dont a device anyone to fix his phone here ..

Wonderful experience. Car battery was totally bad and Zach took it out, installed it along with a corrosion resistance package. He was very personable, knowledgeable, he made me feel that my car needs were the most important. One rarely finds that type of service! Plus, they have a huge variety of merchandise. I didnt even know that they sold car batteries...and installed them. They will get all of my battery and bulb needs from now on!!
