Ace communications is one of the best places to go if you need to get a phone, case, screen protector or other technology devices! They also do amazing repairs so if your phone if broken or needs a new screen or anything else this is the place to go! The repairs are amazing and reasonably priced! They also have amazing customer service! Devon Huston is one of the workers there and she is super friendly, and can help you out with anything you need! I would recommend Ace Communications to anyone and everyone!! Truly a great company!

Best phone repairs in west Michigan. One day, I dropped my phone down a flight of stairs at the zoo near the penguin enclosure and was very distraught. I was literally crying as I walked into the store and this nice girl, Devon, assured me that it would be fixed quickly. She wasnt lying. It was fixed within an hour and I was able to get back to snapchatting before my friends could even start to miss me. She was extremely helpful and so nice. Definitely will go back for any phone issues I have.

This is the best kept secret place in Muskegon. Everyone should know you can take any phone there for repair or buy a used phone there. There service has always been very professional and so helpful. They are very multi-tasking to make sure your wait is not long. I especially was impressed with James at the Muskegon office on Apple Avenue. This is my third visit to this store and I am always impressed.

Great place to go to get a phone. Got my husbands phone there and it was cheap and a good quality phone. They also helped us with other things as well. They are very friendly and have great customer service. I would recommend Devon Huston to help you out there if you ever need anything because shes super friendly and very helpful. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend Ace Communications.

What a rip off!!! They charged me for a new iPhone battery, and never change it, I went back several times and they assured me that they installed a new battery and told me that my phone needs a new processor and some other bs!!I ended up going to apple care and they told me my phone still had original battery and nothing else is wrong with it, Apple install a new battery and my works like new

Completely dissatisfied with product purchased from here numerous times for my galaxy 3. After looking it up online I was also charged two and a half times for the product I purchased. In addition the latest battery purchased quit working after two weeks and my phone continuously turned off.
