This is the best Verizon store PERIOD! I have gone through multiple pbinwes over the years and have definitely had some unique and challenging problems through to them (aka I break a lot of phones in a lot of weird ways lol). They are always friendly and fun (crazy, right?!). I recommend them all the time. Terry just hooked me up with the newest phone and the hum, cant wait to take our first road trip! Thanks!

The staff at Verizon TCC could not be any better! I went in last night at 6:30 & didnt leave until my problem was fixed (an issue with my Apple phone, it had nothing to do with Verizon) at 9:00 p.m. They stayed an hour after the store closed in order to attend to my phone. Terry & Cody were so kind and professional. Would recommend time and time again!

This store has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Maranda was my representative during the whole process. She was extremely nice and even though we had complications with setting up the initial phone and order she was completely apologetic and pushed to get all my needs me.
