We pay 200$ for a depost for just internet and 911 service they say itll take 5 business days to get it activated and that theyll call and set up apt to come to your house and install. Never get the call just a call saying "its been hooked up" which costed 75$ then we get home and it doesnt work we call support which the woman sounds like she doesnt want to deal with you and is rude as all get out. She says that they "hooked it up from the outside" for 75$ which took them 5mins to not even activate it. Then shes acts as if its my fault and says to get the tech guys back out it will cost 20$ an hr which we shouldnt have to call them back out if we already have to pay 75$! This company is so unorganized and careless of there customers all they care about is getting money. Theyre so greedy and unhelpful and the prices are outrageous! If you can avoid this company do so, save yourself the trouble!! Update: they called me while i was @ work saying theyre outside my house when they said they were going to call to set up an apt. Which never happened and then the woman acts as if its my fault when she told me they were going to set up an apt. Its gonna be a month before i evem get service!

I cannot wait until comcast comes to Woodbury. When I first signed up the woman that gave me the contract said she was "helping me out" because my deposit was $600 and she charged me $300 for internet & emergency line so I could get the internet. Then said to come back the following week and I would get a special promo for my tv, go back & what do ya know she wants ANOTHER $300 deposit just for TV! The signal is always weak & its just me and my daughter. They are rude people, just all around awful service.

I wish some one would come in and Nuke these people like honestly you are going to charge $137 a month for 50 mob witch means to them 25 up and 25 down like really that is just rediculos I would get dish if there wasnt a monopoly in Woodbury Tennessee these people need to go out of business oh wait they wont because they charge $137 a month for something that should only cost around $30-$45. Im done with these people their just worried is how much money they can fit in their pockets

Hate the fact that this company is a monopoly and besides that fact it is so over-priced! & its not even good Internet. Wish charter or Comcast would buy them out or at least give a reasonable price for the slow Internet you provide. Already have to pay 120$ a month for home phone and Internet, but for being wk late on payment, my most recent bill was a whopping $260!! Hate to be a negative Nancy but jeez...

The worst tv service I have ever experienced not to mention the poor internet connection. Unqualified techs that come out and change the router box then say its good but same ole freezing up tv thats not worth watching and if it goes out on the weekend the horrible woman on the phone will tell you theres nothing they can do till Monday $200 a month for this? Thats about as crooked as it gets

The only reason and I mean ONLY REASON! Why I have these people as my internet provider is because I dont have much of a choice! They have a monopoly here so none of the big providers are around to choose from. Really cant stand the service, internet goes down every single day. The employees are rude wont work with you at all. If you have a choice DO NOT go with this company!

This is the worst internet I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ridiculously slow down load speeds. Cannot watch a show and surf the internet at the same time without one freezing up. Not to mention how expensive the service is. This is what happens when a company has a monopoly on goods or services.

DTC continues to promise new equipment is coming to Dug Hollow Rd, Bradyville but nothing as of yet. We built a new house three years ago wired for internet throughout based on DTCs promise that more than DSL would be available soon. NOTHING YET... Very disappointed in their follow through.

This is the worst Internet company out there. I pay for 50mbps and I would be lucky to get half that when I am the only one home. The techs dont know anything. I wish I could give it a negative star. Dont get me started on the women at the DTC office in Woodbury. They are so rude.

I had trouble with our internet but after calling DTC to complain the staff was quick to send a technician out to repair the problem. Technician was knowledgeable and DTC staff called to make sure I was satisfied with repair and my internet service. I was treated very kindly!

Everyone has put negative comments on here, but Ive never had any issues with customer service. They have always been polite and kind to me when Ive either called or gone into the office. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the cost of the services.

Over priced, usually very rude, almost any time it rains I lose phone and therefore internet. And random day-3 day outages with no explanations except rude women saying itll be fixed when they figure it out. Overall horrible....desperately trying to find an alternative.

Its so slow every single day. I pretty much cant use the Internet at my house because its so slow. I bet dial up from charter would be faster than them. I wish I could have a different internet provider but there arent any available around us which is so stupid!!!

Extremely high prices, frequent service interruption, poor customer service. (Ex: you cant use drive thru to pay your bill if you want a receipt.) Occasional unable to reach local numbers without first dialing a 1. They are prompt to repair, however.

I could get 2 gerbals to run in full synchronization on a wheel to get better internet service than this company offers. Literally like I might as well go set my stuff in a trashcan and light it on fire because it hardly ever works.

Love the fiber optic internet service! Customer service is always very nice and helpful too. After over 15yrs with an unreliable and overcharging Comcast Im glad we moved to Cannon County and DTC!
