Very Upsetting Experience. The First Time I Went, They Were Too Busy To Fix The Port On My Phone And They Asked Me To Come Back First Thing The Next Morning. I Did So And Was There At 9am When They Were Supposed To Open. They Didnt Open Until 9:45am, Meaning That I Had To Wait For 45 Minutes To Seek Help. After Waiting, I Was Still Not Helped. The Guy Told Me That It Would Take An Entire Hour To Fix My Phone Without A Discount. Im Fed Up By Now And I Wouldnt Work With Them. Just A Waste Of Time.

I took a friend there 7/15/2013 who had a phone issue after having his phone a couple of weeks... I thought he would have problems since he did not have his receipt but the agent there took care of his need,,, The agent swapped out his phone and we were out there in less than 30 minutes as my friend had to return to work... I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE WHO SEEKING SOMEONE WHO TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS... BIG THUMBS UP!!!!
