Was unable to restart my DroidX and took it in. Byron told me he was unable to restart it and I needed a new phone. Spent $235 on a Razr and got home...looked up how to factory reset phone and fixed my old Droid. When I brought the device back to return it I was slapped w/ a $35 "return fee" (curious how this guy was unable to reset phone, but a simple Google search told me exactly how to.) BE CAREFUL at this store and leave your wallet in the car.
