This is a wonderful store, Eric and Bryant were the most helpful employees Ive ever had the pleasure to bring my problems to. They have resolved every issue Ive had in a respectful and timely manner, all while treating me like a human being instead of just another face. Theyve shown me many different things ways to save money on my monthly bill and have hooked me up with all sorts of deals. Ill always come back to this store instead of a corporate store, even if Im hours away. Very premium customer service!

The bigger guy in there with the brown hair is awful. He was the only one working when we went and waited almost 45 mins just for him to give us super poor service. Was told he would remove a feature from our account only to find out he never did it. He wouldnt sell me a new phone and told me to go online and do it. Went to the 96th st T-Mobile and they didnt everything this guy wouldnt without any issues.

The staff at this store is extremely friendly and helpful. I had a recent hardware issues, and Brock was extremely helpful in resolving the issues quickly. He went out of his way and even ran to another T-Mobile location to resolve the issue. Thanks for the great support and service!
